No. 5 'Casa Camelot' & No. 6 'Casa Gloria'

All clients will receive a “Welcome Pack” upon arrival. This contains a variety of basic items to assist in making your arrival all the more easy. Such items are; bottled water, tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs, butter, sugar, cereal, a bottle of white and red wine etc… Its not enough to feed the family for a week but will certainly help whilst you find your feet.

All bed linen and towels are provided (including separate swimming/beach towels). The villa(s) are cleaned before and after every client. In addition, should you stay in the villa for longer than one week the cleaners will enter the villa(s) on the recurring change over day and carry out their cleaning duties, which includes the changing of all linens and towels. Please be courteous to the maid whilst they conduct their business.

The Villas are locally managed by Mayfair Management, a trusted and experienced team of expatriates who have been responsible for the day to day care of the villas for over 20 years. If you have any concerns regarding the villas, their grounds, the pools or any other aspect of the holiday then please contact the local management who will respond accordingly. Their contact details are located inside the villas and provided in your final information letter along with the keys and directions.


The deposit for the villa(s) is payable as confirmation of your booking and is deposited until after the holiday when it is returned subject to the return of the villa(s) keys and once clearance form our local management has been granted that the villa(s) were left in order.

Once we have received your booking form and deposit we will confirm your reservation details. Included in the confirmation letter will be a document called “Travel & Payment Details Record Form” which will need to be completed, signed and returned along with balance payment no later than 10 weeks prior to your departure.

Once all the paperwork is completed a Final Information Pack will be sent, which includes; keys to the villa(s) (with return envelope) and hard copies of both the villa directions and our general information sheet. This pack is sent out 16 days prior to your departure so keep an eye open and if you have not received it 10 days prior to your holiday please contact the office immediately.


Booking change over days are either Thursday or Saturday, unless otherwise agreed. The villas cannot be occupied until 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure to give time in order for each house to be carefully cleaned. Should your flights conflict with these timings then please discuss with a member of our booking team prior to finalising your travel details to avoid any avoidable inconvenience.

Guest are expected to make their own travel arrangements and provide details of these arrangements by completing the “Payment and Travel Details Form”. This is usually done 10 weeks prior to arrival and is accompanied by the Balance of the cost of the holiday.

Out and about in Marbella

The drive from Malaga Airport takes approximately 40 minutes and car hire is easily available from the airport. We provide detailed directions to the villa, which should be suitable without a map, however if you intend on exploring the area make sure the car hire company that you use provide you with a good road map to assist with any journey. Alternative transfers from the airport are available including; taxi, bus and train. Please contact the office for further details.
